We are pleased to inform you about the sixth edition of DoHSS Academic conference, themed ‘Identity and Citizenship’, scheduled from January 31st to February 2nd, 2019.
Do take a look at our concept note and poster announcing the call for papers. The concept note elaborates the themes we hope to explore during the conference. Participants can consider these themes to be indicative of the scope of the conference but they are encouraged to go beyond them.
Please note, this call for papers is open to graduate and doctoral students. Those who submit near the October 22 deadline will receive confirmation of acceptance by December 5th. Please note that full papers are expected to be submitted by January 20.
Abstracts of no more than 500 words should be submitted by October 22, 2018. All abstracts will be blind reviewed and successful applicants will be notified of the decisions taken. Please note that the abstracts should not contain any identifiable information about the participant such as name, roll number, or institution. Abstracts and a short bio of each participant should be sent in separate documents to dohssconference@gmail.com with the subject line Abstract – Identity and Citizenship.
