Centre for Indian Knowledge SystemsCentre for Indian Knowledge SystemsThe Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems at IIT Madras is a multidisciplinary hub for research into India’s scientific, technological and cultural heritage. The Centre consists of seven faculty members from the Departments of Humanities and Social Sciences and Civil Engineering. The Centre has been established in 2022 on the basis of a grant from the IKS Division of the Ministry of Education.
